Sheri Sharman Spotlights Ellis Christian, Gold Sales Leader, US Virgin Islands
Ellis Christian went Gold in May. Presidential Sales Leader Sheri Sharman spotlights Ellis who relates how he and his team signed up 126 FastTracs in the first month.
Sheri: Welcome Ellis. I know you have an interesting story about how you found out about ViaViente. Please share it with all of us.
Ellis: While on a business trip in the states my wife and I visited one of her suppliers by the name of Mr. David Hughes. We met David at his business and on our way out of his store my wife Judith saw a purple bag lying on a desk. She asked where she could order some of the bags for our church because our new church is painted the same color purple. Well what do you know, the purple bag was a ViaViente bag and in it was a bottle of Via and supporting brochures.
David seized the opportunity to introduce ViaViente to us. My wife and I started drinking Via on April 17th and on April 26th my wife experienced Via’s ability to balance the body’s system through its minerals, vitamins and free radical fighting properties. Her blood pressure, which has been averaging 135 over 85 for the past 11 years while on blood pressure medication, dropped to 101 over 57. Her sugar which averaged 128 dropped to 88.
I immediately called David and shared our remarkably testimony and asked to take Via to the Virgin Islands. On April 27th, David’s upline Gold Sales Leader Dr. Vince Marcel called me. He’s one of the warmest, friendliest and most knowledgeable people I’ve ever met. Dr. Vince shared his Via experience with me and thank God he did. I did exactly as he suggested; I immediately enrolled. A couple of days later we arrived back in St. Thomas and I started visualizing, planning and executing my plan of action toward becoming ViaViente’s #1 Distribution Agent (DA) in the Caribbean and soon to be one of Via’s Top DAs world wide. Thank God the Holy Spirit led my wife toward that purple bag or David would have missed the opportunity completely and we would not have gone Gold Sales leader in the Caribbean in our first month.
Sheri: You and your team signed up 126 FastTracs in your very first month. How did you accomplish this feat?
Ellis: First of all, I listened to Dr. Vince Marcel and did exactly what he suggested. I also applied my 27 years of experience in building an Insurance Agency to the Via opportunity. During the first week of May, I presented Via and The Secret Code DVD to pre-selected people who had marketing abilities so I could create my front line of nine DA’s. By the third week of May, my front line was bringing people to Group Presentations which I ran three times a week showing each person the Secret Code DVD.
Next, I invited Dr. Vince, Buck Reed and you to the US Virgin Islands the last week of May so we could close out the month with a BANG! You all actively promoted the Via opportunity in two radio interviews, newspaper ads and presentations at several churches. Our Grand presentation was at the Marriott on May 31st and we followed that with a seminar on recruiting and training for our new DAs. During those two events at the Marriott we had some 150 attendees and 60 DA enrollees.
Finally, it was God and His mercies that orchestrated this entire coming together of David Hughes, Dr. Vince, Buck and myself. Matthew 6:33 became a living reality and to Him I give the glory for bring Via to the Virgin Islands. Truly my passion is to bring Health and Wealth to my people through ViaViente and its compensation opportunities which we thank Mr. Craig Keeland for.
Sheri: Ellis, we were so impressed that you achieved Gold in 2 business centers with a 98% sign up on AutoShip your first month. How did you and your team do that?
Ellis: People know only what you tell them. Via has a proven system which includes AutoShip and I have no intentions of reinventing the success wheel. Since no one earns compensation unless they are on AutoShip. It is an excellent motivator for those interested in additional income.
Sheri: Being a sharp business owner, what about ViaViente and the business opportunity intrigued you the most?
Ellis: Both the health and financial benefits. First, I now have a new wife (health wise) and both of us will be on Via forever! Sheri: What tips would you like to share on building a team and keeping the momentum going?
Ellis: 1) Keep God first in your life and business. He is truly able to perform as promised. (Matthew 6:33) 2) Be a visionary. Where there is no vision the people perish…and so will your team of DA’s. 3) Follow my proven “PPP” formula; PREPARE, PLAN & PREFORM. And 4) Train, motivate and stay in front of a group of people that are moving toward success.
Sheri: Those are great tips Ellis. What suggestions would you give a person when calling on a business owner like yourself?
Ellis: Be passionate about the product. Stress the attractiveness of the Compensation Package and make it clear that the system and support they will receive are cutting edge.
Sheri: Ellis, I know you are very goal oriented. Please share a couple of your goals for building your ViaViente business?
Ellis: I want to be Platinum in July 2007 and have at least five Gold’s, five Silvers & ten Leaders on my team. I want to be a Presidential Sales Leader in September 2007 and have at least five Platinum team members, fifteen Golds, thirty-five Silvers and one hundred Leaders.
