Communicating With Your Team

As our Founder and CEO, Craig leads two teams, the Distributor Team and the Corporate Team. You likely lead two teams as well: Your Family and Your Sales Team.

Craig regularly communicates to both his Inside Corporate Team and his Outside Distributor Team. It is important that you communicate regularly with your Team to update them on new information, encourage and praise them, and teach them the skills they need to succeed.

This communication from Craig to his Inside Corporate Team is a great example of what you can do with your own Team if you’re not already doing so. PLUS we hope you’ll enjoy learning a bit more about what goes on with our Corporate Vía Family.

To all of our Vía Family Members,

Congratulations to All of You for being a part of the Vía Team that achieved an incredible month. I do Appreciate You and Express my most Sincere THANKS !

Our Sales WorldWide Increased by a sizeable margin! All of your hard work and professionalism made this Happen! We experienced a large number of New FastTrackers, which is the Key to Building Vía Bigger and reaching more people with our mission of Restoring Health & Hope Around The World.

We continue to hear wonderful expressions of appreciation from our Preferred Customers and Distribution Agents on our Newly Introduced Formula 2.0. Dr. Pedersen and his Team are to be congratulated. Also special thanks to our Graphics Department (Crystal, Dale, James, & Catherine) for bringing all of this together graphically. Also congratulations on the Newly Introduced 12 Weeks Brochure, “The Secret of VíaVienté.”

We continue to receive wonderful expressions of appreciation from our Distribution Agents on the Implementation of www.MyVíaVienté.com which puts together most all of our websites under this one umbrella.

In several weeks, we will be introducing an Updated Version of our DVD “The Secret of VíaVienté” by Dr. Pedersen. That DVD will include new, beautifully filmed footage of Vilcabamba. On her trip to Vilcabamba, Rebecca Rice was able to work with three professional photographers who have captured the stunning beauty of Vilcabamba.

Rebecca, Staci, & Carrie will be working with you on many upcoming events -

1) Saturday & Sunday, September 14 &15, VíaVienté is sponsoring, along with Frito-Lay and WachoVía Bank, a fall fair at Saint Andrew United Methodist Church in Plano. Our Dallas-Area Distributors and VíaTeam Members will be involved. Our goal is to enroll many new Vía Users.

2) Sunday, September 23rd, Jaime Mendoza and his son Adrian arrive from Vilcabamba to visit with us for several days. On Monday morning the 24th,
Jaime will join us at our offices and be on the WorldWide Conference Call. And on Tuesday evening the 25th, we will host a reception for all of you and family members you want to invite along with our local Vía Customers and Distribution Agents. The event will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the warehouse at the Corporate Office which will be festively decorated. There will be music, beverages and appetizers. Later this week, an email will go to all of you with more details.

3) Gold School is right around the corner, November 8-11. Staci and Carrie will be working to coordinate this very important event.

4) Christmas Party – Yes Get Ready. Fun Times. Staci and Carrie will be heading this up. If you have any suggestions to make it even more fun than last year – please share your ideas with them.

Our Customer Service Department is schmoozing and working well with our people all over the World. I know this because I hear from our Leaders on what a wonderful job they are doing. They have handled some real challenges this year, and we do appreciate each and every one of them.

Our Accounting Team of Bill, Susan, Regina, Diane, and Suzanne are really shaping up this department and will be installing a new scanning system October 1st that will be used by many departments. Way to Go Team !

September is one of the most productive months in our Industry. Stay Focused on Encouraging Others to Do Their Best. The Small Things make the Difference in the Big Things that are Ahead !

All of You are Making a Difference. Always Keep a Smile on your Face and Do The Best You Can Do. Be willing to Go that Extra Mile for someone. Reach out to a person in Need because you never know when you might need a hand. Always be Grateful for everything we have been given. Every day I say thank you to God for the Big Things like my sons and their health, for more Wisdom to lead our company, and little things like two legs, a safe roof over our heads, and eyesight to see the beauty of life. Every one of us has special talents. Use them to the best of your ability and always be grateful for today.

All My Best To You,
Craig
