VíaVienté Makes Its Hollywood Debut

VíaVienté was among an elite group of products selected to be part of the prestigious Golden Globes Gifting Suites. For 65 years, the Golden Globe Awards has honored achievements in film and television production and performance. An important part of the awards events are the Golden Globes Gifting Suites. Presenters and nominees slated to take part in the awards ceremony are invited to exclusive events where they are introduced to products of excellence. This year, VíaVienté was selected to be part of this prestigious group of products.

Craig Keeland explains the importance of this event: “Vía was offered a unique opportunity to share our product with television and film celebrities who are the movers and shakers of the entertainment industry. Putting a beautiful box with a bottle of Vía, a shot glass, and a DVD in the hands of trend-setting entertainers is great for our company.”

Craig and VP of Communications Rebecca Rice flew to Los Angeles to be part of the Gifting Suites event. The pair joined LA distributors Rene and Yvette Abreu along with Mechelle Thorne and Fozia Najfi who shared Vía product with more than 100 Hollywood celebrities.

Craig reports that the event was hugely successful. “Even though the Hollywood writers’ strike resulted in the cancellation of the Awards Ceremony, our participation in the Gifting Suites was a giant success. Every single person we talked with was excited about taking a bottle of VíaVienté home and wanted to know all about our product.”

Yvette Abreu was thrilled with the turnout. “We now have celebrities like Joan Collins (Dynasty), Brandon Molale (Dodgeball), Sydney Poitier (Daughter of Sidney Poitier), Ernie Hudson (Ghostbusters) and Jonathan Lipniki (Jerry Maguire) all taking VíaVienté home with them. This has been a great week for sharing VíaVienté. What a fantastic way to start the year!”
