It was an absolute honor to present the 7th Father Eagle Award to Rebecca Rice! Her dedication, focus and diligence have been second to none for me, my entire team, and the whole company as we’ve continued to move forward and expand.

I commented as I presented this award to Rebecca that, “While her title is Vice President of Communications, to me this means ‘Go To Gal,’ as every question or problem that nobody else can fix goes to Rebecca!” And fix it she does! Rebecca has been instrumental in the successful creation of EVERY tool we have including the label, the websites… old and new, the PDFs, the videos (ALL of them), the auto-responders, Thursday night call announcements, e-news, answering of random questions, several things I’m sure I’m forgetting, and every little problem that I can’t go to Teri for an answer Dazzling turnaround times with quality productions, comprehensive answers we can stand by, and just being someone we can count on to ‘get the job done’ when something is needed are just scratching the surface of how deeply her assistance runs as she helps us every single day!!!

Bottom line, Rebecca is an outstanding asset to the leaders, our teams, and the company and words cannot fully express our gratitude as we continue to build this amazing company with her as one of the cornerstones to our progress and success in the field!

Rebecca has been a Member of the Via Family since 2004 (if you’re counting, that’s 6 years).
