Focusing on Opportunities
Challenging times like the time we are living in now always present Opportunities.
Successful People Focus on those Opportunities while unsuccessful people focus on problems in their lives.
Successful people look at Opportunities and see potential growth. Unsuccessful people see potential loss.
Successful people focus on the rewards that new Opportunities present. Unsuccessful people focus on the risks.
How you view your circumstances comes down to the age-old question: “Is the glass half empty or half full?”
This is not just about positive thinking. It’s about developing a habitual way of seeing the world.
Too many people are controlled by fear. Their minds are constantly the scanning the environment for what’s wrong or what could go wrong in any situation. Their primary mindset is “What if it doesn’t work?” or, more bluntly, “It won’t work.”
Successful people take responsibility for creating their lives. They cultivate the attitude that “It will work because I’ll make it work.”
Risk in any situation is directly proportionate to reward. Generally speaking, the higher the reward, the higher the risk. People with successful mentalities are willing to take calculated risks.
Do you expect to succeed? Do you have confidence in your abilities? Do you have confidence in your creativity?
Stay focused on the Positive and on the Opportunities in front of you. Trust that new doors will always be opening for you.
I believe that Rewards are coming to you for your hard work.
