Laugh Your Way to Health & Happiness

Researchers have investigated why some people have a hard time in life and discovered that there are 3 key reasons:

One study states that we need to laugh a minimum of 12 laughs a day just to stay healthy. Laughter is powerful stuff.

Oncologists have found that laughter is a key element in healing for their cancer patients. This may be because laughter causes the brain to release chemicals called endorphins that reduce stress. 

Laughter reduces depression and mental negativity. Medicals studies have shown that 15 minutes of laughter daily has a dramatic effect in on the immune system.

What to feel better and be healthier? Laugh at yourself. Laugh with your friends, family and co-workers. Laughter will keep you motivated and keep you healthy!
